Our 2-week Spring Flower Subscription is the perfect way to welcome spring into your home after a long, cold Ohio winter. Each week you'll receive an extra-large bunch of our favorite spring blooms. Each bouquet includes a handpicked mix of at least 20 freshly cut tulips, wrapped in a paper sleeve. While we’ll always aim to include special varieties, sometimes it will just be classic, traditional tulips—depending on what’s blooming that week.

Pickups will always be either on Thursdays or Sundays at Gem City Blooms Flower Farm, starting in late March-early April. You will receive an email confirmation with your exact pickup date about a week prior to pick up—be sure to check your junk mail to avoid missing it!

For the Longest Vase Life:

Keep your tulips out of direct light and heat, and in a cool spot—because just like us, they don’t like to sweat! Snip about half an inch off the bottom of the stems before placing them in cool, clean water. Change the water every 2-3 days to keep them happy. Tulips keep growing after they’re cut, so if they get too tall for your liking, feel free to trim them. But fair warning—some of our tulip varieties are natural floppers. It's totally normal, and we like to think it adds a touch of whimsy to your vase arrangement!

Weather:

This subscription is weather-dependent, because let’s face it—Mother Nature has a wicked sense of humor. Your subscription could start as early as mid-March or as late as the end of April, depending on how she’s feeling. We’ll keep you updated with all the details via email/text, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Please only purchase a CSA share if you can pick up during the designated days (Thursday & Sunday). While we understand that life happens, there are no refunds, either partial or full, for missed pick ups. We will work hard to make sure we can harvest the very best flowers each week!
